PKR11 Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the PKR11 platform at pkr11.pro — whether to browse, register an account, deposit funds, place bets, play games or claim any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

• You must register using your own personal information — not someone else's.

PKR11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

PKR11 reserves the right to decline a deposit transaction if it triggers internal risk or fraud controls. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating account and you will be notified.

Withdrawal requests on PKR11 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified account in your own name. PKR11 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof that the payment account belongs to you. Verification is a one-time process for most accounts, though PKR11 reserves the right to request re-verification if account activity changes significantly.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes below.
• VIP account holders receive priority processing and typically experience faster turnaround on all withdrawal requests.
• There are no withdrawal fees for standard requests. Expedited processing for large amounts may carry a fee disclosed at the time of the request.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 1,000.

PKR11 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if the account shows signs of bonus abuse, suspicious betting patterns, potential fraud or a breach of these terms. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal request.

Funds from active bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement is satisfied. The withdrawable balance in your account reflects real money only, separate from any active bonus balance.

PKR11 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or commercial exploitation of bonus offers is prohibited.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless a different deadline is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots may contribute 100%. General Betting Conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PKR11 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except as outlined in specific market rules (such as abandoned match policies).
• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed when you confirm a bet are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Minimum bet: PKR 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the betting interface.
• PKR11 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets or restrict betting access on any market at its discretion, particularly for accounts that show consistent sharp or irregular patterns.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — such as a clearly incorrect set of odds caused by a technical fault — PKR11 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund stakes.

Cricket-Specific Rules:

• PSL and international cricket markets follow standard DLS rules for rain-affected matches where applicable.
• If a match is abandoned before a result is possible, all single-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless a specific result rule applies to the market.
• In-play betting markets are suspended during official interruptions (drinks break, rain delay, DRS review). Bets placed before a suspension are honoured at the accepted odds.
• Scorecard errors subsequently corrected by the official governing body will result in PKR11 recalculating and settling the relevant markets based on the corrected figures.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PKR11 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple accounts — creating or using more than one account to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions.

PKR11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for account action include breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, prohibited activity, or a self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full if the breach involved fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or underage access. In all other cases, any verified real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after a review period.
